Terms & Conditions

Duration & Payment of Consultation

• 40+5 minute consultation - $110 inclusive of GST.
• An advance payment needs to be made in the nominated bank account.

Rescheduling

• A minimum of 3 hours notice is required to reschedule any consultation.
• Please call or text on +61 475 697 569 to reschedule the consultation.
• Kindly expect a confirmation on the rescheduled time within 6-8 hours of the request made.

Set-off of the initial consultation fees against migration services

• If you avail subsequent migration services within ten (10) days’ time from the date of initial consultation, we will waive off $55 from the availed services. Please note that this does not include a follow-up consultation. Charges for a follow-up consultation will be $110.

Cancellations

• Cancellations incur a A$55 administration fee.

Lateness and No Shows

• All clients are expected to attend their consultations on allocated time.
• As a standard practice, we offer you private consultation of 40+5 mins.
• In any event of lateness, you may incur a loss on your standard 45 mins of consultation.
• The refund policy does not fall into effect if it is a “NO SHOW” from clients end.
• We will offer you options on rescheduling appointments in case of clients emergency matters.

• Consultations are education on assessment of visa eligibility options and do not constitute a guarantee of ongoing visa assistance or a successful application.

Consultation is not legal or migration representation

• The client agrees and understands that the consultation does not mean Wominjeka Australia is the Client’s authorized representative for any immigration matters. Although the initial consultation is a mandatory part of our process, the Clients are under no obligation to retain us.

Confidentiality

• We will not disclose, or allow to disclose, to a third person any personal information relating to our clients matter (except as required by a law of the Commonwealth, a State, or a Territory).

Agreement of T&C

• By booking a consultation, the Clients indicate that they understand the Consumer Guide (provided via separate message) and agree to all the T&Cs above.
• The client also acknowledges that should they decide to engage our services it will be subject to a separate agreement.

CODE OF CONDUCT

• The governing body for all Migration Law Consultants and Migration Agents is the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). MARA oversees all interactions between Migrants and their chosen Australian immigration advisers and administers the Migration industry’s official Code of Conduct.
• Chintan Sheth (Wominjeka Australia) is a Registered Migration Agent with MARA. This is required by Australian Law, and as a Registered Agent, Chintan is permitted to conduct services for migrants/immigrants and offer them professional advice. This certification also provides assurance that Chintan is qualified to practice and deemed to be competent and of good character. Above all else, Chintan prides himself on his ethics and values.
• Every agent must follow strict guidelines and Codes of Conduct to ensure that all advice is provided to intending or current migrants (and their potential employers) in an ethical, honest, and professional manner always. Migration Agents must also clearly display the official MARA Code of Conduct information in their place of business, so that it is full view for reference at any time.
